According to a report, the export of flowers from Vietnam stimulated the fruits trading industry between Vietnam and China. There are 125 tons of fruit exported from MongCai Port of Vietnam to China weekly. The product range included durian, orange, dried litchi and banana etc.

It is predicated that the demand of fruits from Guangdong, Guangxi and Hunan Provinces will increase with around 50% next year, which indicates the promising opportunity on fruit export of Vietnam.

In addition, Kim Cherry and other 30 kinds of new variety fruit have been experimentally planted in Chongming from the beginning of this year. Today, all these new variety fruits were tested successfully in greenhouse and it will come in the market soon before Spring Festival.

Furthermore, a reporter has witnessed the harvest of Kim Cherry at experiment area. According to the administrator, this new technology of plantation will be popularized to around the whole county.
